For the 20 Health Departments Accredited In Fiscal Years 2006 and 2007

The Accreditation Administration team has reviewed the Health Department Self-Assessment Instruments (HDSAI) "not met" activities for health departments accredited in fiscal years 2006 and 2007.

Among the 20 health departments accredited a total of 12 different activities were "not met".

One activity was "not met" by four (4) health departments, five (5) were "not met" by two (2) and six (6) were "not met" by only one health department.
