Description:This module is a part of a three-part Public Health HIPAA Training Series designed for those who work as HIPAA Privacy and Security Officers in North Carolina public health agencies, as well as other North Carolina public health professionals who may need an understanding of HIPAA. This module provides a summary of HIPAA's administrative simplification provisions and its implementing regulations.
