***An Important Notice to Our Training Website Audience***

On March 31st, at 11:59 PM ET the North Carolina Institute of Public Health Training Website will be retired.

For more than 17 years, the NCIPH Training Website has been a trusted resource for quality online public health trainings with over 321,000 training completions for more than 110,000 persons in 178 countries since the site was launched. Maintaining a comprehensive "home-grown" learning management system in the face of rapidly changing technology and an explosion of free online training offerings no longer makes sense and so, in Spring 2020 we are retiring the NCIPH Training Website (TWS) entirely.

What does this mean for you?

You must complete all training activity in the Training Website by the end of day on March 31st. After that, you will not be able to begin new trainings, or complete in-progress trainings, on the site. The Real-Time Assessment and Learning Tool (RALT) will no longer be available when the NCIPH Training Website retires. We highly recommend downloading or printing all training records (completions, assessments, certificates, RALT data) if you want to retain them. However, TWS users will still be able to access their transcripts and individual course certificates through the end of 2020.

Where will the TWS content go?

Fortunately, many of our online training modules will be made available through other sources. In particular, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will be hosting many of the trainings currently on the TWS through the national TRAIN learning management system. Please visit our Where Are My Trainings? page for up-to-date information on where various trainings will be hosted.
